Namaste Foods Review

You would have thought it was a holiday the day Namaste Foods sent me a sample of some of their gluten-free products, the way my 8 year old son and 3 ½ year old daughter were acting! We could hardly get the box open, but when we did, in it were the

• Pasta Pisavera
• Pizza Crust Mix
• 3 coupons for a $1.00 off other products of my choice
• Gluten-Free Recipes
• A Bookmark containing seeds

The first thing I made was a pizza using the pizza crust mix. The children and I decided we were only going to make a cheese pizza so we could taste the herbs and spices from the mixture without any interference. As I was making it, I couldn’t help but notice how much easier it was, as it was lighter, and didn’t take much effort.

Ahh, at last the pizza was ready! The aroma could be smelled throughout the whole house! Once it became cool enough to cut and eat, I waited to see the expressions on my children’s faces, or hear sounds of pleasure from their voices. Finally, I saw it…the glow and big eyes and the “umm, this is good.”

Here’s the Pasta Pisavera.

All I had to do was boil the pasta, add the spice mix Namaste was so nice to provide to my cubed precooked chicken breast.

Namaste also provided suggestions of other ingredients you can add, thus making it a whole meal in a bowl if you chose. This dish came out just as nice as the pizza and because I had chosen to make other dishes, there were leftovers, but rest assured it got eaten up the very next day!

It is my suggestion that if you are a busy mother like me and desire to appease your family’s need to have good quality food adhering to a gluten-free diet, I highly recommend this company's gluten-free products.
